Bali has a tropical climate (8° south of equator). Year round temperature averaging 30 degrees Celsius, nights are 6-8 degrees cooler. August is dry season with lowest humidity. Water temperature is usually around 28 degrees Celsius.

VOA arrival costs US$ 25, Euro 20, for 30 days. The VOA can be extended once for another 30 days. Processing is fast in Bali and payment is possible in US$, AUS$ and €uro. Visa and Master Card are accepted. The Visa purchasing system will take approximately 3-5 minutes per applicant.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.For the latest news please check the Embassy of Indonesia website of your country.When leaving Bali for an international flight a payment of 150.000 IDR is required.
Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport is located in southern Bali, 13 km south of Denpasar which is about an hour’s drive from Ubud. Car transfer from the airport to Ubud and the Green School is 200,000 rupiah (USD 20).
